We routinely examine business processes, service or settlement practices for vulnerability to abuse and fraud. Necessary steps are taken to modify or replace any policy, practice or process that has become a target of fraudulent pursuits.

Support Law Enforcement. AAA cooperates with law enforcement agencies to prosecute perpetrators and seek restitution. In addition, we actively participate with leading anti-fraud groups to fight fraud.

Types of Fraud

There are many different types of insurance fraud committed against insurance carriers, varying from the very simplistic, exaggerated claim to much more sophisticated ring activity. Regardless of the method, AAA would like to hear from you should you become aware of questionable claim activity.
